Failure to meet quality requirements consists in exceeding the lower limit of the specification for the "active substance content" parameter, leading to reduced content and a real risk to patients' health due to lack of the intended effectiveness of the medicinal product. Potential effects: lack of treatment efficacy, risk of persistent symptoms.

You can take the product back to the shop where you bought it. For a safety recall a refund is due even without a receipt.
