In Rondo ICR bicycle stems a bolt with insufficient bending resistance was used, which may cause the stem part to crack and the handlebar to loosen, leading to loss of control of the bicycle and an accident. Potential effects: injuries, fractures, serious harm resulting from falling off the bicycle.
