What does this decision mean?

• Zakaz wprowadzania — Selected batches are subject to a marketing prohibition — the product cannot be distributed to pharmacies.

Considering the test results indicating a significant exceedance of the specification limit for impurity B content, the risk to human health resulting from keeping these batches of the medicinal product on the market is real and probable.
