Creatine food supplement
The food supplements were found to contain tricreatine malate as a novel food ingredient that has not yet been authorised for use in foods within the European Union. Creatine Xplode Powder

A defect in the riveting of the wire gate on the carabiner has been detected. This assembly defect can cause the wire gate to break and lead to carabiner failure in the event of a fall. The toy breaks easily, releasing small parts that a small child can put into the mouth, creating a choking hazard. Potential effects: choking of a small child.

An exceedance of the maximum permitted level of pesticide residues was detected in the affected tea batch. Potential effects: Possible acute or chronic poisoning and other adverse health effects after consumption of an infusion made from this tea.
Bigtoys toy slime
The migration of boron from the toy slime is too high (measured value up to 643 mg/kg). Ingestion or prolonged contact with excessive amounts of boron may harm children's health, particularly their reproductive system. Potential effects: damage to the reproductive system, health problems.
Hyundai passenger car
Deformation of the internal spring in the central rear seat belt may prevent it from being properly fastened, so the passenger will not be adequately restrained in the event of a collision. Potential effects: passenger injuries in an accident.
Teesa smoothie blender
Due to inadequate design and insulation, the metal part of the blender can become live and the appliance is not sufficiently protected against moisture. The user may touch live parts and suffer an electric shock. Potential effects: electric shock, serious injuries, life-threatening condition.
Kaltmann 3000 kg scissor jack
The crank may break while lifting a load, which can cause the jack to collapse suddenly and the vehicle to fall off its support. Potential effects: bodily injury, crushing, limb injuries.
Set of two plastic dolls
The toy contains an excessive concentration of the phthalate bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) (up to 0.448% by weight), which may harm children's health and cause possible damage to the reproductive system. Potencjalne skutki: reproductive system damage, developmental disorders.
Botti hand mixer
Due to inadequate design, the metal beater can come into contact with the metal motor housing, which is separated from live parts only by basic insulation. The user may touch accessible live parts and suffer an electric shock. Potential effects: electric shock.
Magnetic toy set of 36 blocks
The toy contains small, very strong magnets (magnetic flux up to 2.44 T²mm²). If swallowed, they may attract each other in the digestive tract, causing intestinal obstruction or perforation requiring urgent medical intervention. In a batch of raisins, ochratoxin A was found at a level of 21.0 ± 2.7 µg/kg, exceeding the maximum permitted level of 8.0 µg/kg. Potential effects: long-term exposure may increase the risk of kidney damage, immune system disturbances and, at higher exposure, carcinogenic effects.
Raw sausage metka
Listeria monocytogenes was detected in 2 out of 5 samples per 25 g of raw sausage (metka), although the safety requirement is absence in 25 g, indicating unacceptable contamination of the food. Potential effects: severe food poisoning, fever, diarrhoea, muscle pain, in pregnant women risk of miscarriage or premature birth, and in elderly or immunocompromised people possible meningitis and sepsis.
Esselmann refrigerated trailer
When the trailer is loaded close to the maximum permissible total weight, it may affect the stability of the vehicle combination and increase the risk of a road accident. Potencjalne skutki: serious injuries or death of road users.
Raw metka sausage
Listeria monocytogenes was detected in the raw metka sausage in 1 of 5 samples per 25 g; the presence of Listeria monocytogenes is not allowed, as this type of product must be completely free from it. Potential effects: severe infection (listeriosis) with fever, diarrhoea and muscle pain, and in pregnant women, the elderly and immunocompromised people, risk of miscarriage, sepsis and meningitis.
Brunswick mett raw sausage
Samples of the product were found to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, which may cause listeriosis, especially in vulnerable consumers. Potential effects: infection (listeriosis), possible severe complications and life-threatening course in susceptible individuals.
Metka łososiowa raw sausage
The product was found to contain the bacterium Listeria monocytogenes in one of five samples of metka łososiowa, which can lead to listeriosis. Potential effects: food poisoning and listeriosis, which may cause severe complications, especially in high-risk groups.
Arizona Original Green Tea with Honey 450 ml
In several bottles of the drink, organoleptic irregularities were found: colourless appearance, chemical odour and burning, bitter taste, which may indicate product contamination. Potential effects: possible irritation of the gastrointestinal tract or other symptoms of poisoning after consuming the drink.
Extension lead 3 sockets 3 m
The live holes for the socket pins are not equipped with protective shutters, allowing the user to touch live parts, which may result in an electric shock. Potencjalne skutki: porażenie prądem elektrycznym.

Big Jeff heat-resistant grill and oven gloves
The product does not meet the requirements for resistance to flame spread and contact heat resistance at 250 °C, which may cause the gloves to heat up too quickly and fail to provide proper protection against fire. Potential effects: severe burns to hands and other parts of the body.
Luxure Parfumes eau de parfum 100 ml
The product contains benzyl alcohol, which is not declared in the list of ingredients. Sensitised users may unknowingly use the cosmetic, increasing the risk of an allergic reaction or skin sensitisation. Potencjalne skutki: skin allergic reaction.

Compare the batch/lot number and the best-before or expiry date with the details in the alert — sometimes only specific batches are affected.

You can take the product back to the shop where you bought it. For a safety recall a refund is due even without a receipt.
