• Ponowne dopuszczenie do obrotu — The product has been re-authorized for marketing after earlier restrictions.

Result outside specification for the volume of liquid obtainable from the single-dose container. In some tested units the volume was below the lower specification limit, as confirmed by the manufacturer's repeat tests. The manufacturer assessed the impact on product quality and patient safety as low. Potential effects: administration of a dose that differs from the registered dose, which may lead to ineffective treatment or incorrect dosing.
