Dried sweet pepper
The dried sweet pepper was found to contain ochratoxin A at 29.9±8.4 µg/kg, exceeding the maximum permitted level of 20 µg/kg. Potential effects: long-term exposure may cause kidney damage, increase cancer risk, and negatively affect the immune system.
