Honda CR-V e:HEV, CR-V e:PHEV cars (model year 2024)
Installing a hitch intended for the e:PHEV on an e:HEV may cause contact with the IPU module during a rear collision, leading to a high-voltage system short circuit and fire. Potential effects: vehicle fire, danger to life and health of occupants.
Honda brand cars (CIVIC FE1, CIVIC e:HEV FL4, CIVIC Type R FL5, CR-V e:HEV RS5/RS6, CR-V e:PHEV RS8, ZR-V e:HEV RZ4; production 08.2021–08.2024)
Reduced lubricant in the EPS gear can increase sliding resistance and cause larger torque fluctuations when turning the steering wheel, which may lead to unusual noise or dangerous steering lock-up during maneuvering. Potencjalne skutki: loss of vehicle control, road accident.

A visible large piece of glass of about 1 cm moving inside the vial and glass particles on the walls and neck of the vial of a product administered intravenously were detected. Moisture may penetrate the CCU module and cause a fault leading to interruption of the charging process or inability to start the vehicle. Potential effects: vehicle immobilisation, inability to charge, risk of sudden unavailability of the vehicle.
Zara Home baskets (art. 7665/049/25, 1668/49/999, 6674/49/52, 7645/49/52)
The baskets may cause crushing or pinching of fingers, which can lead to pain, bruises or minor hand injuries during use of the product. Potential effects: mechanical finger injuries, pain, bruising.

The National Medicines Institute found, in batch ZD033, particles visible to the naked eye in two of twenty inspected vials of the infusion solution. Potential effects: embolism, inflammatory reactions, complications after intravenous administration.

A long press of the physical ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) button on the radio may simultaneously deactivate AEB/LKA (autonomous emergency braking/lane keeping assist), reducing support during driving and emergency situations. Potencjalne skutki: increased risk of collision and injuries.
DS7 passenger cars
When the physical ADAS button on the radio is pressed for a long time, the AEB and LKA systems responsible for emergency braking and lane keeping may be simultaneously deactivated. Potential effects: increased risk of road accident, serious injuries or death.
DS7 Crossback passenger cars
The rear axle adjustment rod may move on the sleeve, causing knocking noises, ESC warning light activation, incorrect steering wheel alignment or vehicle drifting from the intended path, which may lead to loss of control of the vehicle. Potential effects: traffic accident, injuries to driver and passengers.
KIA SPORTAGE cars (model code NQ5)
In KIA SPORTAGE cars the vacuum pump may be mechanically damaged by high torque during engine start, leading to reduced brake booster effectiveness and the need to apply greater force to the brake pedal. Potencjalne skutki: difficult braking, increased risk of road collision.
Opel Grandland cars
Damage to the bolts fastening the front left or right ball joint bracket on the front lower control arm may lead to their fracture/loss, rotation of the ball joint bracket and loss of the wheel’s ability to maintain the driving direction. Potential effects: loss of vehicle control, accident.
Peugeot 3008 and 5008 cars
Cracking or loss of more than one fixing bolt causes the ball joint bracket to rotate and the corresponding wheel to lose directional stability, which may lead to loss of control of the vehicle. Potencjalne skutki: road accident, serious injuries or death.

The non-compliance in the parameters of dosage form and properties or water content may affect the quality of this product and the safety of its use, and therefore a risk to human health resulting from leaving these batches on the market cannot be excluded. Do not eat or use the product
Stop using or consuming it immediately and keep it out of reach of children.

Compare the batch/lot number and the best-before or expiry date with the details in the alert — sometimes only specific batches are affected.

You can take the product back to the shop where you bought it. For a safety recall a refund is due even without a receipt.
